Classic tux and pointed stilettos.

I absolutely love this trend! It's very daring and anyone who attempted to wear it would need a lot of confidence to pull an outfit like this off but WHO CARES - IT'S AMAZING. If I had the occasion, I would 100% wear something like this. The sad thing is, I'll probably never have an occasion to wear something like this (it's not exactly the sort of thing you'd wear to a club or for a day out shopping is it?) I mean I suppose you could... but personally I'd be way too scared. If I was going to an uber cool fashion event (unlikely) then I could probably get away with it but let's be honest, I'd get some very strange looks wearing a tux in the town that I live in. But whatever, I still love it. I didn't think I'd be as obsessed with the monochrome trend as I am but it seems to be taking over my wardrobe at the minute. I have the black and white square trousers Daisy Lowe is wearing above but in the reverse colours and I really wish I had the matching shirt and jacket too. Some people might think it's a bit too much but personally I think it makes such a statement and she looks absolutely gorgeous in it - it's so classic and flatters her figure perfectly! Someone get me a 2 piece suit now.

On to the shoes - another trend that's caught my eye recently. They're quite hard to get used to at first because they're probably about an inch taller than a kitten heel which is a definite no no. BUT, once I got my head around the idea I decided I actually really liked them. These Zara ones are all over the blogosphere at the moment and you only have to look at the many photos of celebs above to see why. Everyone is wearing them! I'm gutted because the last thing I need at the minute is another pair of shoes :( but if I miraculously find a cheap pair somewhere (pinning my hopes on Primark!) then I'll definitely buy them.

  1. Primark do actually do the shoes by the way, but they sell out fast. I was going to get some black ones but there wasn't my size ! xx

    1. Can't actually believe Primark do them! What a coincidence! I saw them the other day and they had my size but I decided against them. Even though I like them I'd probably never wear them! I need to get wear out of my new Topshop heels before I start buying new ones haha xx
