I don't really do wishlists that often on my blog. When I want something, I normally buy it straight away so I don't really give myself time to lust over things that I want. Other times, it takes me a while to decide if I like something or not before I actually get round to purchasing it. I wasn't overly keen on the holographic trend when it first came about but it's really started to grow on me. For the FIRST TIME EVER, EBAY HAS FAILED ME and it's literally impossible to find a cheaper version of the infamous Zara clutch (similar to the one above). A few people are selling the exact Zara one on ebay but I have a funny feeling they're gonna go for a lot more than I wanna pay but I guess only time will tell.. fingers crossed! Holographic items are quite bold so I think a clutch is a more subtle way of wearing the trend without looking like a mixture between a Christmas tree and a Spice Girl!
I also want to hunt down a really cheap crisp white shirt, preferably from a charity or vintage shop (I'm sure they're full of them), as a cleaner alternative to my cream blouse from Primark. A bright white shirt makes cream look so dirty, and as much as I love my cream blouse, there are certain clothes that would look so much better teamed with a white shirt underneath with the collar poking out. Imagine a cream collar against my new red tartan blouse... eugh. But a white collar? It makes all the difference.
I'm lacking in tops at the minute too but as I usually stick to black and white, I thought it would be nice to add a bit of texture to make a plain boring black/white top a bit more interesting. As per, I'm gonna try and find a cheap version of this River Island quilted one on ebay.
I know these Topshop boots were sooooooo 3 months ago but I'm already thinking about my a/w shoes and it just makes sense to stock up on a few different pairs of boots. I already have a pair of Topshop lace up boots that I am literally IN LOVE with, but I can't wear the same boots all winter? I NEED OPTIONS PEOPLE! At the minute I'm stuck between black leather loafers or a new pair of boots, but I think I'm gonna leave that decision for another few weeks when it starts to get a bit colder.
I don't actually want a black denim shirt but it's the closest image I could find to what I want. I have a really old baggy denim shirt from Topshop that lost its colour last year so I decided to tie dye it navy and green. I loved it at the time but let's be honest, I'm never gonna wear it again and I don't think it would sell on ebay either! Soooo, I'm gonna dye it black! I can wear it open over a t-shirt like a jacket or wear it buttoned up so it looks like a dress! I'm so excited to wear it when it's finished! I love a good DIY project £££
