I don't normally like the clothes on boohoo.com, so I was pleasantly surprised when I found myself browsing their website earlier on today. I found not one but TWO dresses that I absolutely loved, both at the bargain price of £15!! They both reminded me of something missguided.com would sell.. but cheaper (and that's saying something!) The grey dress is SO cute, I think it might actually be the quickest purchase I've ever made! The burgundy dress looks absolutely amazing on the model, it accentuates her figure perfectly! Don't quite know if it's going to look as good on me but here's for hoping! I'm trying to cut down on my spending at the moment (I'll explain why at the end of the post) so I'm gonna hope the burgundy dress is still in stock in a couple of weeks and buy it then instead!
On another note, I can't believe I've only just discovered yayer.com! This Mink Pink dress is £54, which is a bit more than I want to pay for it, but I want it so much I actually want to cry. I've decided I like it more than the polka dot playsuit I posted about a couple of weeks ago - it's a lot classier looking I think! I'm a real sucker for babydoll style dresses at the moment with cute buttons down the front. I ended up buying the Urban Outfitters dress I raved about a month or so ago which is the exact same style! I'm starting to see a pattern emerge! I also love the fact that it's really versatile.. it can be styled to look really edgy (like above) or teamed with some black tights, heels and a satchel to make a really classy outfit. If I find an occasion to wear this too then I'll probably end up buying it.
& finally, this lovely lbd is £32 from motelrocks.com!* It's not something I'd normally go for (I'm more of a pattern kinda girl) but there's just something about it that I'm really drawn to. I think it's the straps! A really nice simple black dress - you can't go wrong!

P.S. Quick note about curbing my spending -I've quit my job!!! After working as a waitress for 2 years then getting a job at Nando's 6 months ago, I've finally decided that it's time I start enjoying my life and putting my uni work first instead of killing myself week in week out trying to earn a living. I'm lucky that I'm now in the position where I don't have to work (thank you student loans!), but I know not everyone is that fortunate so I applaud anyone who works alongside their uni studies. It definitely isn't easy! My uni work was starting to suffer and it felt like work was preventing my from doing things with my friends/boyfriend which definitely isn't on. It's my last year at uni next year and I want to make the most of it, so if that means cutting down on my spending then so be it!
